Assistant Director, MiM Career Coaching

Aspa Papanastasiou is the Assistant Director of MiM Career Coaching at the Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement, where she has worked since July 2024. She brings over 25 years of experience in career counseling, job development, and program management, in roles with maritime recruitment, non-profits, and higher education.

Aspa has built an extensive global network of employer partners — including Pluxee, Medan Asset Management, Sure.co, Chalhoub Group, EPN Consulting Research and Innovation, the French Consulate & Embassy, TWT GmbH, and Action Innovation Network — and has designed badge programs and managed large-scale international conferences and career fairs during her tenure at Northeastern University. Earlier in her career, she led two teams on programs funded by the Department of Housing and the Department of Transitional Assistance, serving unhoused clients across the greater Boston area.

At Questrom, Aspa teaches the MiM careers course and coaches students in the Master’s in Management Program on career exploration and offer negotiation, builds employer partnerships, and organizes events. She believes in the transformational power of experiential education and early industry exposure, and is committed to empowering MiM students to excel academically, identify competitive careers, build long-lasting connections, and lead fulfilling, inspiring lives as engaged global citizens.

Aspa holds a BS in Business Administration from the American College of Greece and an MS in Human Resource Development from Suffolk University. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends, biking, and sailing along the Atlantic shoreline.
