Aspa Papanastasiou
Assistant Director, MiM Career Coaching
Aspa Papanastasiou is the Assistant Director of MiM Career Coaching at the Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement, where she has worked since July 2024. She brings over 25 years of experience in career counseling, job development, and program management, in roles with maritime recruitment, non-profits, and higher education.
Aspa has built an extensive global network of employer partners — including Pluxee, Medan Asset Management, Sure.co, Chalhoub Group, EPN Consulting Research and Innovation, the French Consulate & Embassy, TWT GmbH, and Action Innovation Network — and has designed badge programs and managed large-scale international conferences and career fairs during her tenure at Northeastern University. Earlier in her career, she led two teams on programs funded by the Department of Housing and the Department of Transitional Assistance, serving unhoused clients across the greater Boston area.
At Questrom, Aspa teaches the MiM careers course and coaches students in the Master’s in Management Program on career exploration and offer negotiation, builds employer partnerships, and organizes events. She believes in the transformational power of experiential education and early industry exposure, and is committed to empowering MiM students to excel academically, identify competitive careers, build long-lasting connections, and lead fulfilling, inspiring lives as engaged global citizens.
Aspa holds a BS in Business Administration from the American College of Greece and an MS in Human Resource Development from Suffolk University. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends, biking, and sailing along the Atlantic shoreline.
Allyson Holbrook
Assistant Director for Specialty Master's Career Coaching (MSBA)
Allyson Holbrook joined first the Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement in 2022 as a part-time Career Consultant and has now moved into a full-time role as Career Coach for the MSBA program.
Prior to Boston University, Allyson built a 20+ year career as a global marketing leader across SaaS, financial services, and consumer brands. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President of Marketing at Engageware, an AI-driven SaaS solution, where she developed and executed strategies that drove revenue growth, scaled marketing organizations, and delivered impactful campaigns. She has also held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Beamery, Scout Exchange, Reebok, and other enterprise and growth-stage companies, leading international teams and driving large-scale brand and go-to-market strategies.
Allyson has led international teams, drove large-scale brand strategies, and partnered closely with employers which aid students as they navigate career paths and connect with industry opportunities.
Allyson holds both an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
Lily Mamalakis
Assistant Director, MSF Career Coaching
Lily Mamalakis joined the Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement in June 2026 as Assistant Director for MSF Career Coaching.
Prior to Boston University, Lily built a career spanning campus recruiting, graduate career counseling, and corporate relations across leading institutions and firms. She recruited early-career talent for global financial services firms including EY and Grant Thornton, specializing in Advisory, Tax, and Consulting pipelines. At UNT Dallas College of Law, Lily provided graduate-level career counseling with a focus on JD Advantage pathways in Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Compliance. Most recently, she managed Corporate Relations at UT Dallas’ Naveen Jindal School of Management across the Accounting, Finance, and full-time MBA programs, serving as a liaison between top talent and firms including Deloitte, Amazon, Fidelity, and Scotiabank.
In her current role at Questrom, Lily counsels Master’s in Finance students on all aspects of their professional journey, from career readiness and networking to navigating an increasingly competitive finance recruiting landscape. Drawing on a dual perspective across talent acquisition and higher education career services, Lily is passionate about building meaningful relationships between Questrom students and leaders in the finance industry and believes in intentional coaching focused on helping each student recognize their strengths and articulate their value in terms that resonate with hiring managers.
Lily holds a BA in Communication from the University of Arkansas and a Senior Professional Career Coach Certification (SPCC) from the International Association of Career Coaches. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring New England with her husband, her camera, and two dogs.
