Welcome to Boston Universitys Questrom School of Business Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement. Our experienced team of career educators and employer relations professionals is dedicated to connecting Questrom’s talented undergraduate and graduate business students with the workforce.

We advise students on career-readiness skills and competencies and help them understand how to align their interests, academics, and experience with every sector and function in global business. Questrom students are prepared to hit the ground running, add value to your organization, work on cross-functional teams, and create sustainable solutions.

We initiate and steward relationships with recruiters to actively build the BU Questrom brand at organizations where our students want to work. We cultivate boardroom-to-classroom connections by facilitating in-person and virtual student-employer engagement events – ranging from large career fairs to 1:1 coffee chats — and through guest speakers, talent talks, corporate treks, networking opportunities, alumni panels, and more.
